The Hyundai Venue is equipped with the Smartstream Gamma 1.6liter engine with a 6speed manual or Smartstream IVT (Intelligent Variable Transmission)! The Venue is powered by a 121hp ( at 6300 Rpm ) fourcylinder engine and provides 113 lbft at 4,500 Rpm , similar to the Hyundai Accent! It delivers sufficient power and acceleration around town but has a complete lack of passing power on the highway. While a sixspeed manual transmission is available, it's only standard on the base model!
