Bridges, highways, motorways, being alone and in unfamiliar areas are all common reasons for being scared of driving. After listening to this audio you will find the feeling of that fear reduced.

As well as being a hypnotherapist I am one of the UK's most experienced driving instructors with over 20 years of teaching. I've taught over 1,000 people to drive and trained thousands of driving instructors.

All hypnosis is selfhypnosis. That means that if you can't go into hypnosis or think you've "won" or beaten the hypnotist by not being hypnotised then you haven't; you've just failed and beaten yourself. It can take a little practice to get hypnosis working but it's really very easy to do.

This video shows only part of the process required to overcome driving anxiety. If you feel the same after doing this as before then that's why you just can't do everything in a YouTube video no matter how good you are. Hypnotherapy is not like people think. You don't just sit there and have someone talk to you, you have to interact and take part in the session. Being in hypnosis doesn't mean you can't talk, walk or act as you normally would. It's not about being asleep, it's about waking you up and changing your thoughts so you can release your fear and realize your potential.

There is no one way that driving anxiety is fixed with hypnotherapy. There isn't a set script or thing we do; it's about poking and probing with different methods until we find one that works for you.
