Road rage, heavy traffic and motorways are all common reasons for feeling anxious when driving. if you listen to this audio and apply what is said then you should find that the severity of the feelings will be reduced.

As well as being a hypnotherapist I am one of the UK's most experienced driving instructors, having taught over 1,000 people to drive and trained thousands of driving instructors in the last 20 years.

All hypnosis is selfhypnosis. This means it's no good waiting for someone else to do something to you that will zap you into hypnosis only you yourself can put yourself into a hypnotic state. It does take a little practice and the more you do it the easier you'll find it.

This is only part of a process and not all of it so if this doesn't fully rid you of the problem then it doesn't mean that hypnosis doesn't work or that you're stuck with this problem. Hypnotherapy is not like people think; you don't just have one session and everything magically gets fixed. It can take time and effort over the course of several weeks but if this video alone works for you then great.
