How to Wire and Configure a PID Temperature Controller - Cerakote Oven

I cover how to wire and program a PID controller for temperature control. Using a PID controller (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) for temperature control is probably the best way to control an oven temperature when accuracy is important.

I am using this PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) controller to manage the temperatures I need in a cerakote oven I made from an old smoker I picked up for $25. Some examples of where a PID controlled oven or other device could be used are distilling, brewing, incubators, reef tanks, a hen house, lizard habitat a steel or knife tempering oven. There are many possibilities where a PID temperature controller can come in handy.
