1. Connect the power line, grounding line of machine. If the machine equips with water tank, we also need to connect water pipes with machine, it is for test temperature control.
2. Take two test pieces from brake pad, ( each one ares is 1*1 inch, thickness is 6.57 mm. Install this 2 pieces on grinding disc.
3. Adjust the loading arm to horizontal position, the weights should be all on it. The pressure is 1250 N.
4. Open the software on computer, and choose " Wear in" for initial grinding.
After initial grinding finish, take out the 2 pieces, and test 5 points thickness of each piece, and record on the notebook. (you could mark the test pieces as Sample A and Sample B)
5. Choose 100℃ for first test, and measure the thickness after 5000 times grinding. Then 150200250300350℃, after each test need to take out and test thickness. The final test is recovery test, choose "Recover" and select "300℃", the machine will final test and back to room temperature.
6. After test finish, choose "Data Inout", and input the data recorded on notebook, the test report will automatically generate.
7. Choose the Curve icon on software, you could check the test report.

Note:
1. When make test, the temperature sensor must put on grinding disc to test the temp. If not use, it can be rise up. It's a wearing part, if the sensor broke needs to replace a new one.
2. The grinding disc counter under the machine is also a wearing part. Regularly check and replace if broken, otherwise the test result may not accurate.
3. After each time using, use nonwoven fabrics to clean the grinding disc.
4. Replace the water in water tank regularly.
