We all know that spending more time doesn't necessarily mean better results. I learned that working for 2 hours a day at an intensity of 10 is better than working 10 hours a day at an intensity of 2. In this video, I'm going to share all the strategies that I learned throughout high school, college, and medical school that boosted the value of my study time, giving me more freedom to enjoy other things I love.
