The app is called TV CAST and their official website is: http://videotvcast.com/lgsmarttv/.

This app lets you cast any video from any website, using the built in web browser and stream the video/movie directly to you TV and it does it fast. No constant loading and hanging it just works really well. You can also cast videos from your camera roll directly to your Smart TV.
