Flux core welding is relatively cheap and easy to do, plus you don't need anything fancy to do what you need to get done. Today I'll be showing you guys how to set up your welder for welding with flux core. Although getting the hang of your hand control is the biggest issue with bad welds, the rest will fall on setting up the machine settings for flux core as well. Please remember that these machines have to be set up with electrode positive.
