If you have lines going up and down a scanned file or a copy, this video will show how to resolve that problem. When you print, the prints are fine, but when scanning or copying, the vertical line occurs. Some paper towel and window cleaner should do the work. There are many similar models and basically this fix will apply to any printer. All Epson inkjet allinone have a similar build of the ADF unit and cleaning instructions will apply the same to all.
