Driving anxiety has nothing to do with driving, yet many therapists and experts focus all of their efforts on driving issues. Whether you have a fear of driving over bridges, a fear of highways or a fear of anything when driving, that is just a symptom of another problem.

The real problem is a trapped emotion. It comes out when driving for who knows what reason! We don't fully understand how the mind works and probably never will but that doesn't mean you can't get rid of the problem.

The real problem can be anything from a childhood memory, a past relationship, any kind of anger or pain or many other things. Once that emotion is released you will no longer have any problems driving.

The moment that the emotion releases is quite odd and something you'll remember for years. I've been through this myself and you can be crying for no reason, laughing for no reason or even crying and laughing at the same time! You'll have no idea what is going on and it won't make any sense.

I'll be doing another video on this but if the solution makes sense, it won't work. If the problem makes no sense then you need an answer that makes no sense.
