Recipe.

and let stand 20 minutes
in a cooking pot we boil water and put the dry shiitake
we cover it and let it rest
we peel the carrot and cut it into julienne
we take out the shiitake and cut it into julienne
we will use the shiitake broth to cook later
we heat a cooking pot and put some oil
and we saute the hijiki seaweed
we add the shiitake mushroom and the broth
we add the sugar, sake and soja
and cook over medium heat
when half the broth has evaporated, we add the carrot
almost at the end, we add the mirin
and we cook until there is no broth
