This video is all about how to pet a bird that is fearful of hands. I have included some tips that will hopefully help you out.
Keep in mind that some birds will never want to be touched and will always be fearful of hands. Never force your bird to do anything it does not want, this will make your bird more fearful of you or aggressive towards you.
