1. Create a Google LSA Account (or login)
2. When creating an account you must apply and get approved
3. Provide background check, license and insurance
4. Make sure you have a GMB account thats linked
5. Optimize your GMB Google Business Profile and get more 5star reviews
6. You will need to fill out and optimize your business information
7. Add all relevant services and business attributes and settings
8. All all relevant geographic location targeting and remove bad geo areas
9. Increase your budget and bidding to get more calls and leads
10. Choose auto bidding unless you want to always outbid everyone
11. Edit your hours to be your business hours OR 24 hours/day for the most leads possible
12. Turn on leads messaging to get even more leads via email
13. Make sure you are answering the phone calls and leads
14. Add a lot of high quality relevant photos
15. Add logo, cover photo, team photos, work photos and more
MOST IMPORTANT
16. You MUST engage with the leads in your account by scheduling or archiving the leads.
17. Respond to the notifications from Google Guarantee by organizing and adding details to the leads/calls
18. Check this account often
