There are effective and ineffective methods of notetaking, which result in vastly different outcomes. Some notetaking methods result in low retention of the notes and a lower depth or mastery of content. Unfortunately, most people who adopt these less efficient methods think that QUANTITY will get them to their desired goal, but it rarely ever does.

At the same time, some notetaking methods result in WAYY more effective learning. Working on the technique and execution of the technique means greater progress in LESS time.
