This is a step by step video on how to cut your jon boat hatches with precision. The wood I'm using is 1/2" fur sheathing which is very light weight and still strong enough to be put to work. Cutting jon hatches is a very pains taking methodical step in a jon boat to bass boat conversion. Take your time with this process and get it right the first time.
