These strawberry and Cream Puff Pastry are one of the easiest and most delicious pastries ever. If you're british, you'll remember these from those old school bakeries like Reeve's The Baker or you're local town baker...

So grab the ingredients below and let's get baking!

All you need is:
1 sheet ready roll puff pastry
Egg wash: 1 small egg + 1/2 tsp milk or water
250ml double cream
30g icing sugar
10 tbsp strawberry jam
Approx 5 large strawberries, sliced
Icing sugar to dust

Bake 200C/(180C fan) 810 mins allow to cool before slicing in half and adding the fillings
