2 tsp or 10g sugar
1 tsp or 5g dry active yeast (or 8g fresh yeast)
3 cups or 460g Bread flour
1 tsp or 5g salt
1/8 cup or 30ml olive oil

1 28oz or 794g can of whole peeled tomatoes
1/2 tsp 3g salt
56 leaves of fresh basil

1 whole pack of fresh whole milk mozzarella
1 Tbsp pecorino romano or Parmesan
1 Tbsp dry oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
