I started learning to make sourdough bread 8 months ago, to save money on our weekly shop, learn a new skill and save on some packaging waste. I then decided to extend my sourdough skills to make focaccia and bagels too. These recipes are supposed to be for beginners from a beginner. 100g sourdough starter
420g water
515g bread flour
10g salt

► Sourdough Bread recipe
290g White Flour
70g Wholewheat flour
90g sourdough starter
280g warm water
10g sea salt
(you don't have to use wholewheat if you don't want to, you can just do all white flour)

► Sourdough Bagel Recipe
500g bread flour
175g sourdough starter
250g warm water
10g fine sea salt
