Welcome one more week to Bring up Berries! Today we are going to prepare 5 very nutritious plant milks: oatmeal, hemp, almond, cashew, and sesame.
Making these kinds of milk is easy, it's fun, it takes very little time, it's much cheaper than the one in the stores, and most importantly much healthier. If you look at the ingredients of most vegetable milk you will find carrageenan, sugar, and many other additives.

The milk that we are going to prepare today are free of sugar, gluten, and preservatives, and they are delicious.
