The Oklahoma onion smash burgers have been on a list to make on the Blackstone griddle for a long time now. These burgers were so quick and easy to make, but also darn good groceries!

Ingredients :

(4) 2oz 80/20 ground chuck
4 Burger buns I used Martins buns
1 thinly sliced vidalia onion
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Pickles

Hamburger seasoning:

1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
12 teaspoons garlic powder
12 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoons beef powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon Lowry's season salt
