1/2 lb Ground Beef
1/2 lb Ground Pork ( Can sub out either for ground turkey)
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 large yellow onion
1 large egg Ginger paste Garlic paste Cilantro paste
2 tsp jerk seasoning
1 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 tsp freshly grated carrot
1/2 cup Pablo bread crumbs
2 Tbsp Avocado oil
2 Tbsp unsalted butter
Fresh chopped chives for garnish
Shredded carrot for garnish
Lime wedges for garnish

Jerk BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 cups bbq sauce
2 tsp jerk paste Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup pineapple juice
