How to make red Zero Weight Watcher smartpoint Lentil flatbread.
All you need is two ingredients, 1 cup Red Lentils and 2 cups Water
Leave them to soak (minimum 3 hours) I leave to soak overnight.
Blend the lentils and water until you get almost a thick pancake mixture then put one ladle full into small frying pan. Leave for about two and half minutes, turn and cook otherside for 12 minutes, Serve and eat hot or cold. You can even freeze them once cooked.
