This week we are turning a CORNED BEEF BRISKET into PASTRAMI!! How do we do this? Check it out!!
To make the custom rub:
3 lb Corned Beef Brisket
¼ Cup Couse Ground Pepper
2 TBSP Ground Coriander
2TBSP Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Dry Mustard
½ tsp White Pepper
¼ tsp Cayenne
Garlic Oil (let stand 1 hour to meld flavors)
Cover all sides with garlic infused oil, then completely cover corned beef brisket with rub. Wrap TIGHTLY in heavy duty foil ( we triple wrapped it)
Cook 225 degrees for 6 hours
Cool overnight in fridge
Slice and enjoy!
