Authentic Italian gelato, Eddie's additivefree gelato, is a fusion of authentic Italian and Japanese.

You can enjoy fresh gelato using Japanese seasonal fruits, which are carefully selected for each season.

The salted caramel flavor that I saw from making caramel is really delicious.

It is a wonderful shop where Eddie and his wife are operating together.

By the way, it seems that the gelato machine was as expensive as the top class MercedesBenz at the time.
