Ingredients:
1 fryer chicken, cut into 8 pieces
2 cups low fat buttermilk
2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Flour, for dredging
Soak chicken for 1224 hours in buttermilk
put chicken on plate and season generously
roll in the flour
deep fry 1012 min at 325 degrees
