So here in the UK we are entering our 3rd week of lockdown. As we should all know by now, the world is currently facing a crisis the likes of which my generation in this country, has never seen before. It's a time now where we all need to pull together and look after each other to beat this thing. Now I stumbled across this recipe a few days ago on how to make bread with just 2 ingredients. I was sceptical at first so I did a test run, and to my surprise it worked! I actually made bread with two ingredients! Now I converted the recipe into metric, from this one here https://www.recipegirl.com/2ingredie... if you want to check out her full detailed recipe.

Now there are some caveats with this 2 ingredient bread. This isn't going to be a light, fluffy cloud like bread that's you'd use for a nice sandwich, but it certainly has it's place on the dinner table. This two ingredient bread would be a great accompaniment to soups, stews, casseroles or anything that is crying out for bread to be dipped into it. I think these would also be nice halved, lightly toasted then topped with clotted cream and Jam. You also want to make sure you use the right Greek yoghurt for this. None of that Greek 'style' stuff, because it's too runny for this recipe. You want proper Greek yoghurt that's thick almost like cream cheese. Fage is the brand I used and it worked a treat.

To make two ingredient bread you will need:
Makes 8 bread rolls

►500g of Greek yoghurt (I used fage brand)
►1 tsp of salt
►1 beaten egg with a pinch of salt for glazing
Optional seed toppings such as fennel, sesame, poppy seeds, nigella seeds etc.
