How to make an easy, fast and delicious pizza, the homemade pizza you will love. The dough of the pizzas that we buy in our favorite restaurant have a long rest that makes their flavor much better, but even with a short rest and in our oven in home it is also possible to make a delicious pizza, especially when you want to make your own pizza and eat it the same day.

⏩Ingredients for the Pizza (1 to 4 Pizzas):
500 gr of allpurpose flour (3 3/4 cup).
10 gr of salt (2 leveled tsp).
6 to 7 g of dry baker's yeast (2 1/8 to 2 1/4 tsp).
16 gr to 20 gr of olive oil (2 Tbsp).
10 gr of sugar (2 tsp).
1 tsp vinegar (Optional and only if you use allpurpose flour).
295 to 315 ml of Water (I need 310 ml, 1 1/2 cup to 1 3/4 Cups).

For the sauce:
400 gr Tomato pulp or thick tomato puree like passata.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1 tsp sugar.
Olive oil to taste.

For the topping (You can use whatever you like the most), I use:
Mozzarella cheese to taste.
Parmesan cheese to taste.
Slices of canned mushrooms to taste.
Blue cheese to taste.
dried oregano to taste

⏩Tips and Recommendations:
1. I use allpurpose flour with 9.8 gr of protein, not all flours has the same amount of protein, so you should always add the liquids little by little to not add more than is needed, and if necessary, add a little more.
2. Put the topping of the pizza with what you like most and make the pizza with the crust as thick or as thin as you like.
3. You can place the tray where you will bake your pizza inside the oven at the moment you are going to preheat the oven and when you are going to bake it, slide it with the help of a wooden stick or cardboard as I show you in the video, if you have pizza stone, much better, this will help to brown the bottom of the pizza. If you do not want to do this, do not worry, just spread oil on the tray where you will bake it and shape your pizza there.
4. My Pizza was ready in 8 minutes, 5 minutes on the bottom of the oven to brown the bottom and 2 minutes on the top to brown the edges and cheese. If you have a gas oven you can place your pizza in the middle of your oven all the time and it may take longer to bake, if you have a small electric oven you can also bake it there as it will help it to be more golden, the same, in that case place the pizza only in the middle rack. If your oven is electric, activate the function up and down with fan.
