I've noticed that there is a lot of noise in the sourdough world and a lot of people think the process is SO much more complicated than it actually is. This is my attempt at making Sourdough starter a little less scary than it may seem. All you need is flour, water, and a jar. We'll talk a little bit about the basics of what a starter is, and a touch on how to maintain it at the end.
