Today we talk about how to take care of your hamster's nails and how to trim them if needed! Remember if you're ever not comfortable clipping their nails yourself visit your local exotic vet!
Suitable sand includes;
Chinchilla bath sand (if you're located in the US or Canada the chinchilla sand here isn't suitable as it's too dusty)
Soft children's play sand (may need to be baked to sanitized and sifted to remove larger pieces)
Reptile sand without added calcium or dyes (I personally use "Zoo med Reptisand allnatural terrarium sand" )
