It's not a secret that many Kawasaki KLR650's have problems with the idleshaft lever and springs failing, which has the potential to cause engine failure. To remedy this problem, Eagle Mfg. has come out with their Doohickey which replaces the weak OEM piece with a stronger onepiece design. In this video, Charles shows how to install the Eagle Mfg. Doohickey and upgraded torsion spring on a Kawasaki KLR650.
