Hey guys,
So, the wait for Android 10, Lineage OS 17.1 is finally over!!
This video, I’ll show you guys how to install Lineage OS 17.1 on your Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 (SMT810) and can be used for other similar devices.

I'll also be making a review video sometime soon, so stay tuned as well!!

HERES IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD!!
Sometimes you may need to download and install Samsung USB Drivers.
1. Odin v3.14.1
2. TWRP Recovery img.tar v3.4.0
3. Latest Lineage OS specifically for your device
4. Google Apps, ARM, 10.0, NANO

Steps in general:
1. Download the 4 files as said in the video.
2. Enable USB Debugging if you haven’t already.
3. Flash TWRP recovery onto the device via Odin, by booting your device into "Download Mode" (Power Button & Volume Down & Home Button).
4. Reboot, and Copy Lineage OS and Google apps files onto the device.
5. Boot into "Recovery Mode" (Power Button & Volume Up & Home Button).
6. Backup using TWRP to SD card/internal storage
7. Wipe, factory reset,
8. Flash Lineage OS first
9. Install Google Apps
10. Reboot the device.
11. Wait for the system to boot up (which can take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes).
12. Setup your device.
13. Congratulation, you have successfully finished upgrading to Andriod 10 Q, Lineage OS 17.1
14. Enjoy your hard work & efforts with a cup of tea or coffee :)


Please Note:
Backup your data with TWRP, also copy important data to your computer (TWRP will not backup your internal storage) as formatting your device to Factory setting will erase everything in your internal storage
This video is based on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 SMT810, if you have a different device, the methods or the files will be just slightly differ.
Samsung KIES will NOT detect your device after installing this ROM since it's a custom firmware.
Your warranty is now void. Please don’t blame me for hard/soft bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. But if you ask me anyway, I’ll try my best to help you.
