WHEN YOU ARE WORKING WITH CAR ELECTRICS, IT'S BEST TO DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY

If you have footwell lights already installed in your car, this install is MUCH easier and quicker. You just need to pull the footwell light out, splice into the wires behind the footwell connector and run wires from that (rather than up your A pillars and dome light). We didn't have this, as many of you may not, so here's the longer but functional way to do it.

Our original plan (the correct way to do it) didn't work so we had to switch the way we wired up the LED lights, as you'll see in the video.

We purchased these from AliExpress. The exact same lights on eBay were double the price so was happy to wait 2530 days for shipping to save £40 or so.
