0:11 If the moving table is obstructing ball screw installation, temporarily remove it. Then clean the mounting surface of support unit housing and base.
0:49 Temporarily install the ball screw and support units housings
1:53 Install support unit. Loosely install the lock nut.
3:30 Confirm vertical alignment of ball screw against linear guide
4:22 Adjust the position of support unit housing to maintain parallelism (vertical) using shim etc.

5:10 Tighten bolts with specified torque to fix support unit housing

10:41 Measure inclination of motor mounting surface against ball screw. If inclination is large, adjust with shim etc.
11:34 Measure eccentricity of motor mounting pilot bore against ball screw. If eccentry error is large, adjust the position of motor bracket.
12:20 Check coupling´s specification for allowable inclination and eccentricity error.
12:24 Attach coupling and motor. Affix motor with bolts.
13:10 Check that coupling can rotate freely before tightening the screw.
13:19 Tighten bolts of the coupling, to connect shaft end with the motor shaft.
13:40 Refer to catalog for recommended tightening torque of cap screw and locknut, mounting accuracy reuirements.
