One of my viewers sent me this job to do for him. This is a hardened precision ball screw for the product line he sells parts for. He asked me to film the job for all of my viewers, and hopes we can get some younger people interested in the trades.

First to do this job, I must anneal the machined area. The Monarch 18CU Lathe with Hardinge 2J collet chuck are the perfect setup for this work.
