This is currently the fastest serve I have, reaching speeds of ~50mph. I combined things I learned from the pros and adapted it into something that feels most natural to me.

While I don't think it's always practical to copy exactly what the pros do I've found that taking little nuggets here and there to be extremely beneficial.

One of the major benefits I've seen from improving my serve is it actually helps with improving other shots in your game. The serve is essentially a forehand drive that you feed yourself, so any improvements to your serve will translate to many of your groundstrokes.
