The Right way to remove this style of GM wiper arms! All you need is an 1/8" drill bit, punch, or possibly a #16 nail.
The engineers made it simple to remove this style of wiper arm, pull up to release the spring clip, work the 1/8" shank through both sides of the arm, wiggle/pull the arm off! Done
