In this Video, We Have a a Whirlpool Cabrio Washer, Model WTW8500DC5, In Which the Complaint Was that it was Not Washing Nor Was it Spinning. Also, It was Flashing a F7E5 Error Code Once We Put it into Tech Mode. An F7E5 Error Code Means that there is a Problem with the Shifter of the Washer. After Checking, We Found that the Slider and the Rotor Were Stripped and Not Engaging With Each Other, Causing the Error Code and Both Needed Replacement.
