iPhone SE 2 (iPhone SE 2020) will restart every 3 minutes for these reasons
✅The Charging Port is unplugged
✅The Charging Port is damaged, defective or aftermarket
✅And many other reasons.

To properly diagnose this, you'll need to read through the Panic Logs and see what error you see in there. Refer to this video:    • Is Your iPhone Restarting? How To Fix...  

If you get "Missing Sensors: Mic1", then it's the charging port causing the 3 minute restart

And if you already ruled out bad parts, then most likely it is a board issue.

In this case, I found I2C1_AP_SDA at the charging port was OL, so the line was disconnected.

This requires you to run a long jumper to reconnect this line near the CPU to solve it.
