How to fix a lithium ion battery that won't charge

I show how to fix a DeWalt Flexvolt battery that won't charge even after the contacts are clean and I've tried different chargers. This should work with Milwaukee, ridgid, ryobi, makita, etc. You just have to make sure you don't cross positive and negative terminals.
