Get some dish soap, a water hose and some door screen (the door screen may not be necessary but I don't like getting stung so I was ultra protective). Place the screen over the hole, squeeze a good squirt of soap down the hole and then shoot the water from the hose down the hole. I've used this several times and it always works.
