In this tutorial video I'll show you how to crochet a cute Christmas stocking. This is a great home decor item for Christmas that is easy and quick to make.

Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. This crochet Christmas stocking looks great on a fireplace mantel as well as anywhere else in the home. The stocking is made of half double crochet stitches in both the round for the foot and boot section. The heel section is made in rows.

You can use any type of worsted weight yarn that you like, such as acrylic, cotton, wool, bamboo and more. I'm using a size H 5 mm crochet hook for my sample stocking. Feel free to use another size yarn and its corresponding crochet hook.
