Dr. Steve Yacovelli refers to himself as the “Gay Leadership Dude”. He has almost 30 years of cumulative experience in diversity, equity and inclusion which focuses on developing leadership talent for the LGBTQ+ community, and is the author of a criticallyacclaimed and awardwinning book entitled, “Pride Leadership: Strategies for the LGBTQ+ Leader to be the King or Queen of their Jungle.”
