Salmon Croquettes.

Remember you can add one egg with the can of salmon to kind of hold it together then add black pepper — and a filler. Oatmeal, crackers, or flour.

One can of salmon goes a long way to feeding a family a slice of healthy meat.

When our children were little I would fix croquettes for supper on cold winter nights. Here was the menu. !

Hot buttered grits, fried eggs(sunny side up) homemade biscuits, and of course salmon croquet with sugar cane syrup on top.
