HOW TO COOK JAPCHAE / CHAPCHAE // Step by step procedures

Japchae is traditional Korean dish made with sweet potato starch noodles,beef and vegetables and mix or stir fry in sesame oil and soysauce.
Ingredients:
500g sweet potato starch noodles
1/4 kilo beef sirloin
1 large carrot
1 large red bell pepper
4 stem onion leeks
1 large white onion
3 cloves garlic
2 large eggs
1/4 kilo baby spinach
cooking oil
water for boiling
For marinade:
1/4 cup soysauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar or honey
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground black pepper
For the sauce:
1/2 cup soysauce
3 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sugar or honey
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
(You can adjust the taste depending on your preference)
Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with toasted sesame seeds
