JAPCHAE (Korean Glass Noodle Dish) Ingredients

Dangmyun (or Korean vermicelli noodle)
1/2 cup Black mushrooms
Spinach or spring onions
1 whole leeks
1/2 small carrots
1 white onion
150g pork (marinade in 1/2 tsp garlic, salt & pepper, soysauce, sesame oil)
1 leeks

4 tablespoon Korean soy sauce
4 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon sugar
