Recipe:

1. Slice 6 pieces of chicken thighs, marinate for 20min–1h. Marinate sauce: soy sauce, sesame oil ginger, sugar, white pepper; optional: rice wine, corn starch, fish sauce.

2. A bunch of freshly picked honey mushrooms/ any mushroom with a slightly crunchy texture would do in this recipe. You can also add 34 pieces of soaked shittake mushrooms to enhance flavor (optional).

3. On high heat, stir fry mushrooms for 23mins, add minced garlic and some soy sauce to flavor. Then set aside.

4. Stir fry chicken pieces for 34mins till surface color change.

5. Add mushroom slices, string fry for another min. Add a little bit of white wine (optional)

6. Put the lid on and simmer on high heat for 12 mins. Garnish with some chopped green onion, green onions.
