How to cook ENOKI MUSHROOM (Spicy) l Kusina Motto

Enoki mushrooms are usually vacuumpackages and they have a pretty long shelf life when refrigerated. When fresh, the color should be white, and the stems should be firm. Trim away abt. 1 inch of the roots give them a rinse and you are ready to go! It is usually put in soups hot pots and also blanched or steamed. Now i decided to post a vegan recipe with this spicy enoki mushroom. Hope you'll give this a try and you will love this one.

Ingredients:

300g Enoki Mushroom
1 tbsp. Tomato paste
1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. Chili flakes
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
3 pc green chili
5 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp. butter
If you don't want spicy, you can skip the chili, No worries...
This Enoki Mushroom is my favorite now since the first time i tasted it. I love it! Hope you too.
