I used a Butterball turkey

*Seasoning Rub*
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp seasoned salt
1 Tbsp saltfree lemon pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1 Tbsp dried rosemary
1 Tbsp rubbed sage
2 tsp paprika
