In this Special video I will be showing you how I go about cleaning and straightening damaged hammered coins you find while out metal detecting.

Please note I understand cleaning coins is not for everybody and if not done correctly can really damage a coin however I think you will agree that the end result is far better then its found condition and will make a great displayable piece for your collection.

The coin used is an Elizabeth I silver hammered sixpence which I personally found in one of my previous videos.
