About yeast (read on the package and measure for dough!)
✅ We take 78 g of yeast for the recipe from a pack where there are 10 g per 1 kg of flour;
✅9 g of yeast, if there are 1112 g in a pack per 1 kg of flour;
✅10 g of yeast, if the pack contains 7 g per 500 g of flour;
✅fresh pressed yeast 2125 g.
❗ in a teaspoon without a slide 3 g of dry yeast, with a slide 5
❗in a tablespoon 20 g of fresh yeast
*a 200 ml glass is used to measure products.

✅Ingredients for the dough:
Preparing the tea leaves:
flour – 60 g = 3 tbsp.
sugar – 40 g = 2 tbsp.
salt – 12 g = 1.5 tsp.
vegetable oil – 40 ml = 4 tbsp.
hot water (9095°C) 200 ml = 1 glass*
Quick Dough:
pressed yeast (see above) 21 g
warm water 200 ml = 1 glass*
flour 20 g = 1 tbsp.
Pie dough:

flour 620 (+/) = 5 cups * 1.5 tbsp.

✅Filling for cabbage pies:
onion 120 g = ½ pc.
carrots 60 g = ½ pcs.
cabbage 300 g = ¼ head of cabbage
vegetable oil 15 ml = 3 tsp.
salt, pepper to taste.

✅Filling for potato pies:
onion 120 g = ½ pc.
potatoes 250 g = 2 pcs. medium size
vegetable oil 20 ml = 2 tbsp.
salt, pepper to taste.

✅Additionally:
soda 4 g = 0.5 tsp.
warm water 50 ml = 5 tbsp.

❗Weight of raw dough: 1170 g
❗ Yield: 20 pcs.
Baking temperature: 200°C / 392°F
